A meticulous calibration process is undertaken with each hanger, followed by a precision-enhancing TIG welding procedure that reaches scorching temperatures of 1500°C. As a finishing touch, each hanger is oven-baked to a sleek matte black, not only lending an exquisite finish but also thwarting potential future oxidation. Measuring a width of 44cm and weighing approximately 403 grams each, these hangers boast a remarkable weightiness, around five times that of a wooden counterpart.
